About The Tone Holding Group
We are a group of several manufacturing and service companies that was launched in Dubai in 2008 and in 2021 moved its headquarters to Estonia for easier access to European markets. Holding Tone is an official member of the British Chamber of Commerce and has official offices in four countries: Estonia / Turkey / Dubai and the United Kingdom.

The Tone holding group activity is divided into three main parts:
– Production of aromatic products
– Oil Bunkering services and oil terminals

It should be noted that the services of Ton Holding Group oil terminal in the Chabahar Free Zone are on the strategic shore of the Oman Sea, which will be opened by July 2022 with a capacity of 24,000 cubic meters.

The oil terminal  and oil bunkering project of Petrolipar Company affiliated to Tone Holding Group is being implemented in Shahid Beheshti Port, located in Chabahar(iran) Free Zone of Sistan and Baluchestan Province, under the supervision of the Senior Consultant of the Port of Tadvin Tosei Paydar Company. The terminal is designed to store and transport a variety of petroleum products through storage tanks by road, ship, and rail to storage tanks and vice versa. Our advantage over other competitors is Easy access via rail, land, and sea lines to the final products produced in domestic and foreign refineries as well as access to open waters and land borders in domestic free zones which is the best opportunity for export. Tone Holding Group Reservoirs are made of metal in two types of a fixed roof and floating roof, so the storage of light and heavy oil condensate such as gasoline, diesel to deliver the desired amount in the shortest time is possible.

According to the selection of the diameter and height of the reservoirs and the desired Tonnage, the capacity of the design is controlled.

The total nominal capacity of the reservoirs will be equal to 35700 Tons of product, which considering 2 months for each filling and emptying which will reach 6 times a year, the design capacity will be equal to 35700 * 6 = 214200 Tons per year, which according to the contractual capacity of the project and the selection of reservoirs is validated

Transfer

Now, incoming products are transported to reservoirs through two routes, road tankers, and ships. Of course, the transfer from Railway Shanting yard will also be possible in the future, which will not affect the current review. An evacuation area is planned inside the site for transfer from Road tankers. Carrier tanks are connected to a header by standard 3 ½ and 2-inch hoses from the bottom. This pipe is connected to the discharge pumps in the house pump, and the discharge and transfer operations to the tanks will take place. In order not to contaminate the products, two headers, and an independent pumping system are used for light and heavy products.

To transfer from the ship to the reservoirs, the operation is performed by pumps located in the ship, which will be able to transfer from 200 to 1200 Tones per hour due to the capacity of the ship. According to the target capacity in this plan and the port transmission lines, the maximum transfer capacity is predicted to be 800 Tones per hour, which for a 10,000-Tone ship, the time will be about 12 hours.

To transfer the product to the ship, an independent house pump with the proportional capacity of the ship is used. Depending on the capacity of the ship and the loading time, the pumping capacity will be 800 Tones per hour. Due to the distance of about 1500 meters and pressure drop and avoidance of increasing the pumping capacity and of course increasing the level of the drive voltage of the pumps, several pumps are used in parallel. In this way, it will be possible to load with lower capacities.

Reasons for the strategic nature of Chabahar port and Shahid Beheshti wharf:

Chabahar port is one of the most important ports in southern Iran and the northern part of the Oman Sea. Due to its strategic location and access to international open waters, this port has a special place in Iran’s exchanges with other countries in the region. On the other hand, due to its proximity to countries such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Central Asia, shortly, by connecting to the country’s rail network, this port will be of special importance in the transit of goods to these countries. Also, this port is the only ocean port in Iran, one of the key points on the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.

– This route is much faster and cheaper than traditional freight routes and saves about 30% for the owner of the goods financially and time. Having multiple intersections and different branches between Central Asia is one of the advantages of this corridor, which ultimately Provides the distribution of north-south exchange goods in the east and west.
